If your vehicle is stolen:

1. Contact the SOC immediately.
2. SOC will activate theft mode to begin tracking.
3. When the SPT wakes up, it will send SOC the vehicle’s location.
4. SOC will then begin theft management and coordinate with the police to recover your vehicle.
5. The vehicle is recovered and returned to the rightful owner.

The battery life depends on usage:

1. In sleep mode (default settings): Up to 2 years.
2. In active tracking mode: Several days (continuous tracking increases power consumption).

Yes, the monthly subscription is designed for the car owner to be able to cancel the monthly service if the car were to undergo accident repair in the workshop. The car owner can reactivate the service once the car repair is completed.
