CSE maintains a comprehensive infrastructure to power and support the Connex module installed in your vehicle and its supporting services. The backbone of this infrastructure is our Secure Operating Centre (SOC).
Maintained by our team of highly-trained and extensively-screened staff, the SOC plays various roles to ensure your security and convenience.

DEDICATED RECOVERY TEAM
Our in-house Recovery Team is staffed by highly-trained, pro-active security personnel. Their number one concern is to keep you and your vehicle safe. Like any emergency service, they are on standby 24/7 and can immediately respond in the event of a theft.
Based on information from the Control Room, they will locate and trail stolen vehicles. They will also coordinate their efforts with the Police to ensure that your vehicle is recovered and returned to you quickly and safely.
