CSE maintains a comprehensive infrastructure to power and support the Connex module installed in your vehicle and its supporting services. The backbone of this infrastructure is our Secure Operating Centre (SOC).
Maintained by our team of highly-trained and extensively-screened staff, the SOC plays various roles to ensure your security and convenience.

HELP DESK
The main role of the Help Desk is to assist our authorised dealers with activating your Connex security system.
Our authorised dealers – who will likely know you – can only activate the system through our Help Desk, and will not be given any information on the activation process.
Help Desk operators, on the other hand, will know just enough about your vehicle details to activate the system, but will have no knowledge of your personal details.
This is just another precaution we've put into place to ensure your absolute privacy and safety.
