CSE maintains a comprehensive infrastructure to power and support the Connex module installed in your vehicle and its supporting services. The backbone of this infrastructure is our Secure Operating Centre (SOC).
Maintained by our team of highly-trained and extensively-screened staff, the SOC plays various roles to ensure your security and convenience.

CONTROL ROOM WITH FULL BACKUPS
The Control Room never sleeps. It is ready 24 hours a day, every day of the year to instantly react to any emergency.
It's always connected to the Connex module in your vehicle, and will immediately receive alerts on any attempted sabotage, unauthorised vehicle movement or theft.
In a theft situation, it acts as the nerve centre of the recovery operation, immediately tracking the stolen vehicle, supplying information to our Recovery Team and the police, and coordinating their recovery efforts.
With the Control Room playing such a vital role in ensuring your security, it naturally has to be up and running at all times. Here's what we've done to ensure this:

SECURE DATA CENTRE
The Secure Data Centre holds all information on customers, security devices and vehicle details. This is critical information, so we've put multiple layers of protection in place to ensure that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
The information is also crucial during vehicle theft, as it enables the Control Room to react immediately to handle the situation. That's why we spared no expense or effort to ensure that it's always ready when needed, no matter what.
As you can see, 'Secure Data Centre' is more than just a name: it's our promise to you of absolute security and reliability.

BACKUPS AND REDUNDANCY
To ensure that we will always be up and ready to assist you at any time of the day, we have put many layers of backups in place in terms of data storage and power supply:
Backup generators
To protect against power failure, our systems are always supported by an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). If there is a prolonged power outage, our power generators will immediately kick in to ensure that there's no interruption in power supply.
Solar power
Being under the Malaysian sun allows us to harness solar energy as a backup power supply.
Backup Data Centre
We have a second facility located away from the main one which can be fully operational if the main Data Centre fails to function for any reason.
