What do I need to do if I would like to dismantle Connex system from my car and terminate the service? |

Please contact & inform Customer Service Centre and they will guide you to the nearest Connex installer for dismantling the Connex unit. Labour charge for removal may vary with vehicle type and make. Kindly consult a Connex authorised installer for the cost of removal. If your service is still active, the balance credit will be credited to your account and can be used for future Connex Service Activation. Credit cannot be converted into cash.

What do I need to do if I would like to transfer my Connex unit to another vehicle? (Same owner) |

Process of transfer consists of 2 parts:
Part 1: Termination of the Connex Service on an existing vehicle
- Please contact & inform our Customer Service Centre to terminate the Connex service on the existing vehicle.
- Customer Service will e-mail/fax the Service Termination Form to be duly filled in by the subscriber and e-mailed/faxed back to Customer Service.
- Termination of the service is done within 1 working day and any balance of the service duration shall be credited to the subscriber's account.
- Make an appointment with the authorised installer to remove the Connex ICD and accessories from your existing vehicle.
Part 2: Activation of the Connex Service on another vehicle
- Installation of the Connex ICD and accessories removed from the previous vehicle and activation of Connex service.
- Make an appointment with the authorised installer to install the Connex ICD and accessories to your new vehicle. A new retrofit kit (wire harness, GPS & GSM antennas and components for installation) is required. Kindly consult a Connex authorised installer for the cost of the retrofit kit, installation and service activation.

What do I need to do if I would like to sell my vehicle & Connex? (New owner) |
| |
- Contact Customer Service to transfer the Connex service ownership on existing vehicle.
- Customer Service will e-mail/fax the Ownership Transfer Form to be duly filled in by the subscriber, who should then e-mail/fax the form back to Customer Service. Ownership transfer is done within 1 working day.
