No. Your privacy is assured at all times. The Control Room can only track your vehicle in the event of sabotage to your vehicle or when your vehicle has been stolen/in a theft management mode.

How do I ensure that nobody else can access my Connex system?
 
Always keep your Secret Code and Password to yourself. Through the Interactive Web feature, you can also view the last dates that the web and vocal interactive features were accessed. If there has been unauthorised access, please change your Secret Code and Password accordingly.
