What does the annual service subscription consist of? |
| |
Connex Services:
- A Secure Operating Centre (SOC) with data back up and a disaster recovery plan to ensure consistent monitoring of any stolen vehicle.
- Round the clock Control Room on standby in the event of any theft.
- Nation-wide ground recovery teams to ensure a prompt and successful recovery of stolen vehicles.
- Compensation Guarantee in the form of a cash reimbursement for inconvenience due to the theft of the vehicle and also claims for repairs and parts replacement.
GSM SIM Card & Traffic Charges:
The management of the SIM card that is used for communication and its continued service is managed by CSE to ensure that your vehicle always stays connected. You, the customer, will not have the hassle of maintaining and paying monthly bills to ensure continued communication. This way, we can assure you that if anything happens to your vehicle, we are able to react accordingly and with urgency.
The fee also covers unlimited communication charges such as SMS, Vocal, and Fax during alert sending. As a Connex customer, you will not be required to pay any additional charges at any time for GSM communication.

When do I renew my Annual Services? |

You will have to sign on for 1-year when you first purchase a Connex system for your vehicle. Annual Services renewal is done on a yearly basis, with a one-year subscription fee paid upfront at the start of the first year.

How do I renew my Annual Services? |

Contact the Customer Service Centre, and a Customer Care Consultant will advise you on how you can make the payments to renew your Connex Services.

What if I don't renew my Annual Services? |
| |
If you decide not to renew your Annual Services, your Connex services will be terminated at the end of your Service period. The hardware in your vehicle will remain as such. Should you at a later date decide to renew your services, this will be subject to an administrative charge. Please refer to the latest Price List or call our Customer Service Centre for assistance.
