Q1: Can any vehicle be installed with Connex?

 

Yes. Any vehicle can be installed with Connex as it has been designed to operate independently. However, due to the vast variations of vehicles in the market, certain functions may not be available when installed in some vehicles. Refer to your installer for advice and details. Please refer to the Connex package we specially design for some vehicle makes/models that are recommended by the car manufacturer.

How do I know the installer will do a good job on my vehicle?
 
To ensure good quality of installation to your vehicle, each installer of the Connex is trained by our technical team and then certified. They also undergo regular training to ensure that their skills are updated. For peace of mind, please look out for the installer's certification at your dealer's premises to ensure a trained and certified installer is fitting your vehicle with Connex.
