For sending commands through the interactive vocal feature, dial 1300-880-333 or +603 8995 0000. This number is also on your client card. The number will lead you to a multi-level menu where you are able to select the functions you wish to activate on your vehicle.
For the interactive web feature it can be accessed the Connex login at www.cobra.com.my

To report a theft, please call the Control Room on 1300-880-333 or +603 8995 0000. This number is also found on your client card. To verify that you are truly the owner of the vehicle, your identity will be verified based on the information provided in the Service Activation Form. |
