The Connex Compensation Guarantee is an inconvenience reimbursement for all active subscribers when their vehicle is stolen. The compensation is divided into two parts:
Cash: A cash reimbursement will be paid to the active subscriber when his/her car has been stolen. This is meant to compensate our customers for their inconvenience when they would require alternative means of transport (taxi or car rental), loss of personal belongings and even for lodging. This reimbursement will be paid in a lump sum to the subscriber (please refer to the
Price List for more information).
Claims for vehicle repair: With your subscription to Connex services, you will also be entitled to claim for any damages, parts replacement or repairs that have occurred during the theft of your vehicle. For example, the cylinder lock for your vehicle, dents or scratches to vehicle body. This reimbursement will be based on claims submitted by the subscriber and is subject to approval by Connex.
