1. How to Login

Access your Web Application online.

If you have forgotten your Web Application Password or Vocal Application Secret Code:

1. Dial 1-300-880-333 or +603-8995 0000 (from overseas)
2. Press 2 to access Vocal Application.
3. Enter your 6-digit Client No. and followed by the '#' key
    (eg. press XXXXXX, enter '#' key).
4. Enter the ' * ' key, then enter the last 4-digit of user's first
    registered mobile phone number with Connex. The user will
    receive the secret code and password via sms through his/her
    first registered mobile phone number.

2. How to Change/Edit your Vocal Application Code
    and/or Password.

3. How to Add/Delete Alert Media

Different means of contact media can be assigned to the different categories of alerts through web. Up to four numbers (phone, fax)
and e-mail addresses can be assigned to different categories of alert:-

* Maintainance
* Limitations

How to Activate Other Connex Functions
 

1. Central Door Locking (Protection Activation) Lock/Unlock

You can gain or prevent entry to your vehicle remotely; for convenience or in case of emergency.

You can protect the vehicle engine ignition remotely to prevent the vehicle from being started even with the original car key.

You can activate the horn & signal lights of the vehicle remotely to locate the vehicle from a distance e.g. in a car park

You can activate the horn and signal lights of the vehicle remotely to create a panic alarm (e.g. setting off vehicle panic alarm at home) or test vehicle security system functionality.
