Our Secure Operating Centre (SOC)
Connex SVR service is available in all 36 European countries, Russia and CIS, South Africa, South America and Malaysia.
The recovery management of stolen vehicles is carried out by Secure Operating Centres (SOC) which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In Malaysia, the SOC is operated by CSE, the leader in the vehicle security industry since 1985.
The CSE SOC can communicate with the vehicle owner via telephone, mobile phone, e-mail and in case of an unexpected event eg. theft of vehicle, liaise with the police authorities to manage the critical situation. |

Our warranty terms state that "CSE will take responsibility for any defect with the customer's vehicle that has been confirmed by the car manufacturer to be caused by the installation of the Connex SVR System WHILE the vehicle is under the vehicle manufacturer's warranty".
