How Connex Works?

All it takes is four simple steps:-

1. Depending on the kind of Connex SVR System purchased, our Secure Operating Centre receives an automatic alert or voluntary notification from the customer in the event of a theft.
   (Customer to call 1300-880-333 or +603-8995 000 to report theft)
2. The theft and vehicle ownership details are verified.
3. The stolen vehicle’s position is determined.
4. Coordination between the Connex Response Team and Police is made to recover the stolen vehicle.

Connex Vocal/Web Application

Staying in touch with your car is easy with Connex

With the Connex Vocal/Web features, not only during the emergency of theft is the Connex useful, but you get to stay connected with your vehicle at all times.

Connex Vocal/Web Application allows owners to interact with their vehicle using password protected Vocal/Web Application to localize the vehicle position, set speed & zone limitation alert, etc. Please refer to Connex Vocal/Web features table below:
