Note:
The compensation guarantee is valid provided the following conditions are met:
- Our SOC has verified with you over the phone or any one of the 3 registered names in the Theft Verification section of the System Activation Form that your vehicle has been confirmed stolen.
- You have received an alert notification that your vehicle is under Theft Management mode*.
- You have made an official police report.
- Once our SOC has verified and confirmed with you that your car has been stolen, the Theft Management mode will be activated on your vehicle. You will immediately receive an alert notifying you of this activation. During this time, you will not be able to use the Telematics Vehicle Security (TVS) features on your vehicle until the SOC has switched off the Theft Management mode. This is because during this time, our Control Room has full control over your stolen vehicle and continuously updating it's location to the authorities and response team.
